Located in central Hilversum, it’s connected to the host’s 1905 house, offering privacy and convenience. Fast Wi-Fi and safety features included.
The living room and kitchen are well-equipped, offering everything needed for cooking and dining. The kitchen includes all essential dishes and utensils, while a single leather sofa bed can be easily opened to provide extra sleeping space. A Smart TV with a decoder allows access to both Italian and international channels. A spacious wardrobe offers ample storage for clothes and personal items. The apartment is climate-controlled with air conditioning (hot/cold) and central heating via a radiator. For added safety, there is a fire extinguisher, emergency exit indications, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Wall-mounted radiator with central heating,possibility to use the Daikin hot/cold airconditioner respecting the environment by setting temperatures no higher than 22.5°C in heating mode and no lower than 18°C in cooling mode, as the house rules.
